RCIA-The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults
R.C.I.A. or the catechumenate, is a yearlong ongoing process by which we bring adults into full communion with our church. "The initiation of the catechumens takes place step by step in the midst of the faithful. Together, with the catechumens, the faithful renew their own conversion and … lead the catechumens to obey the Holy Spirit more generously." This program involves members of our parish as sponsors, teachers, and witnesses to the catechumens. Sessions are held on Sunday morning. Contact: Barb Aluotto, 831-3812.
